Ban Tang Fruit Knife

Victorinox fruit knives have exploded in popularity thanks to Ed Calderon's promotion and recommendation of them and Zulu Bravo's sheathed packages. These knives are a collaboration between Ban Tang Knives and Zulu Bravo, and are the ultimate expression of this concept.

Ban Tang is known for crafting 'stupid sharp knives', and he has applied an incredibly sharp, zero convexed edge to these Victorinox fruit knives. The edge has also been carbidized for long lasting sharpness.

I have added a peeling index to the handle of each of these knives, improving dexterity and control when held with the edge facing inwards. Each knife has been fitted with an individually molded pocket sheath in black tru-hide kydex for a unique look. This material will not be used on any other fruit knives. The pocket sheath hooks the front edge of the pocket, allowing the knife to clear the sheath as it is withdrawn.
